The typographic portrait is a workshop designed and created for the SiriusLab association's Fablab
in Paris. Intended for children aged 6 to 12, this workshop allowed them to see letters as shapes, giving each
participant the opportunity to create their own typographic universe.
Hi Kifik, ça va ? is a research project developed around the Arabic/Latin multi-script.
Through writings and exchanges with graphic designers and typographers specializing in these scripts, I have explored the
challenges of coexistence between the two scripts, while highlighting issues related to typographic evolution and cultural
respect. The publication is bilingual and includes the research text as well as transcribed interviews.

of Arabic writing, ranging from calligraphy to printing techniques, and highlighting the typographical evolution of this script.
This text is also enriched with a particular perspective on the graphic landscape in Lebanon, thanks to an interview with Jennifer Meez,
Lebanese graphic designer.
